My typical schedule lands me a grouping that is something like this: 4 days on - 2 days off - 4 days on - 3 days off - 5 days on - 2 days off - 4 days on - 4 days off - 2 days on It is 11 days off in a 30 day bid period I have a pairing of 3 days off and 4 days off that I am guaranteed off and the rest of the days off are randomly placed.
